In the heart of Weinheim we welcome you in our 3 apartments (75sqm/75sqm/30sqm). The apartments are non-smoking. The ground floor apartment WeinheimResidence(1) has direct access to a garden terrace and the courtyard providing a quiet spot for smoking. Guests of the first floor apartment WeinheimResidence(2) also have the possibility to sit in the garden. Both apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. The bright top floor apartment WeinheimBudget(1) with air conditioning has a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave (no stove), kettle, coffee and tea maker and toaster. All other important kitchen utensils are also included. The shower is integrated into the bedroom.
My passions are travelling and photography. 2018 I started to let my first apartment in the house were i grew up. All my apartments are situated in walking distance from the main attractions at the city center of Weinheim. I am comitted to something more than just letting apartments, i try to offer an authentic feeling of the german "Gastfreundschaft" (hospitality). Feel welcome and enjoy your stay in a romantic german town.
The house has 3 apartments and is located in a quiet residential area. Guests of the ground floor apartment have the possibility to park the car in a garage. The first floor apartment includes parking in the yard. You can also park for free on the opposite side of the road and in the side streets in the area. Within walking distance (2 minutes) there is a tram stop (OEG station). It takes only 8 minutes to walk to the main train station. With easy access to public transport, cities such as Frankfurt, Heidelberg and Mannheim are easily accessible. Various supermarkets, as well as Mc Donalds and BurgerKing branches are about 5 minutes away.
