This comfortable and luxuriously designed apartment awaits you with exclusive furnishings, large window front, balcony, two king-size box-spring beds and panoramic views over Lörrach. Via a private parking space in the inner courtyard of the building you can directly access your apartment on the 2nd floor. An 80sqm, 3-room design apartment with two bedrooms, cozy living room and balcony with views over Lörrach awaits you. There is also a bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a guest toilet at your disposal. You can start your day with delicious Nespresso coffee after relaxing in one of the two 1.80m king-size box-spring beds. There are also two workstations in the bedroom for you to work with high-speed internet. The balcony offers a cozy atmosphere with seating and breathtaking views. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo. *Des travaux de façade sont actuellement en cours sur le bâtiment, mais vous ne subirez aucune nuisance sonore.
