☆ Feel good at M-OASE ☆ The renovated 3-room apartment is located in the heart of the city, directly on the Oker. Down town is only 15 min away through a park by feet. Ideal for 6 people or a family with children. It is fully integrated and fully accessible. A parking space is next to the entrance in the backyard and free. ☆ 2 double beds & wardrobes ☆ Living room with comfortable sofa bed ☆ Comfortable hanging chair with a look on the Oker ☆ 4K Smart TV, Netflix ☆ Bathroom with bathtub incl. shower ☆ Fully equipped kitchen ☆ Washing machine with dryer function The two bedrooms have large and comfortable double beds (1.80x2m, 1.60x2m). The spacious living area invites you to relax with the comfortable couch, which can be pulled out to form another bed (1.40x2m) if required. From the cozy hanging chair you can enjoy the view on the park and the Oker. WiFi is of course available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a Senseo coffee machine available for guests. Various organic teas, as well as olive oil, salt, pepper and other spices are available.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is right on the Oker. This is a small river that flows around downtown Braunschweig. A walk through the park with a playground takes you to the city center in 16 minutes. Technical University 13 min. walk (1.0 km) Shopping possibilities: Weisses Ross 7 min. walk (550m) Edeka Center Görge 11 min. walk (850m) Arriving by car: The apartment also has a parking space in the backyard directly in front of the entrance with the writing: M-Oase, which can be reached through a narrow driveway. Arriving by train: There is a direct bus connection from the main train station to Maschplatz. With the bus 419 you will reach the Maschplatz stop after about 15 minutes (9 stops). Bus line 429 goes back to the main train station.
