Company information

We are Selina and Denis, originally from Freiburg, living in Schallstadt, and passionate about traveling both at home and abroad. Traveling is our absolute passion, and we always enjoy exploring new places and staying in great apartments. We run our vacation homes with absolute passion. We don't live directly near the apartment, but are easily reachable (by phone or email).

Property information

The apartment has a bedroom (bed 180x200) with an extra large wardrobe and a daylight bathroom. The living and dining area contains a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The couch in the living room can be turned into a double bed (sleeping space: 140x200 cm). It is also possible to use the garden of the house, a grill is provided. The apartment hast just been newly renovated and and offers a very nice view of the surrounding vineyards. It is really commodious and there is place for up to 3 people (2 adults + 2 children are also fine).

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in an absolute quiet and safe area, which means that there will be no disturbing noise due to traffic, church bells or industrial plants. Besides, it is also safe for kids to play in the garden or in front of the house. Merdingen is located in the Tuniberg region in the middle of one of the best wine-growing regions in the south of Germany. Thanks to the proximity to the mountains, the region offers great opportunities for skiing (winter sports in general), biking or hiking. The apartment is very centrally located: restaurants, the butcher's and the bakery shop, Rewe (supermarket for grocery shopping) and also the bus stop can be reached in a few minutes walking distance. Beside of that, the apartment is located in the proximity of the Heuboden, a nationally known bar / disco. To explore the area, you can also use the public transportation beside of your own car, motorcycle or bicycle. A bus stop is about 500 m from the apartment and offers an easy connection to Freiburg, Breisach or even France. The nearest train station is about 3 km from the apartment (in Wasenweiler).
