The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet 3-family house with direct access to the terrace and garden, where grilled (grill available) and smoking allowed. The apartment includes a double bed, a large sofa bed and a cot, underfloor heating, electric. Blinds, shower and bath and is ideal for children. In front of the house there is a free parking space for the tenant. A large grocery store and a bakery are within walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with stove and oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and includes a small sitting area. You will also find a baby chair here. The usual household items such as cutlery, pots etc. are of course also available. In the living room is next to a large sofa bed, a large flat screen, a small stereo and an extra equipped "children's corner", with games for the little ones and adults. The bathroom has a small towel and some toiletries for emergencies. The bed linen and towels are provided by the landlord. For a fee of Euro 2,00 / day washing machine u. Dryers are used.
Sundern is located near der Steuerfachschule, the Sorpesees, where u.a. Treetbootfahrten, mini golf, a beach, a promenade or an Airlebnisweg be offered. It is about 25 km to the Möhnesse with its huge dam and its many leisure activities. The historic old town of Arnsberg with its beautiful castle ruins is about 11km. Even the wild meadow known under skiing can be reached at a distance of about 11 km in a few minutes by car. For parents with children, a visit to the leisure pool NASS with its many offers for young and old at a distance of about 25 km would be well possible. Also, a trip to the adventure land Fort Fun with not so good weather would certainly be an option. Until here it is about 40 km.
