Nestled in the idyllic setting of the Southern Harz Mountains, within the historically rich town center of Ilfeld, our family-run guesthouse extends a warm welcome to you. Set in a charmingly restored half-timbered building from the year 1800, which marked its place in history as the first school of Ilfeld, we offer lovingly designed holiday apartments. These are named after the surrounding mountains and rock formations, including the cozy apartment "Gänseschnabel," designed for up to two guests. Enjoy the comfort and easy accessibility of this ground level accommodation, catering also to our older guests. Inside the "Gänseschnabel" apartment, a cozy atmosphere awaits you, complemented by a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and a mini-kitchen. A separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe provides the necessary retreat. Additional amenities include a well-maintained bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, both with windows providing a view of the courtyard and garden. Free internet access via a private hotspot and a free parking spot on the secured property, available upon request, complete the offerings. The lovingly designed outdoor area of our guesthouse, with its variety of flowers, well-kept lawn, and cozy seating areas, invites you to linger and relax. The Harz Mountains offer the most beautiful hiking trails right outside our doorstep.
