In view of the many projects in Zeitz and Tröglitz, we want to offer quiet, clean and fully furnished flats for fitters at the Tröglitzer Straße site.

Property information

The flats in Tröglitzer Straße are quietly located on the outskirts of Zeitz. The house itself was renovated by the owner (not us) with great attention to detail - a bit like Hundertwasser. A little quirky but with character. The flats were all newly renovated by me and my team in 2023 and furnished as beautifully as possible with a view to functionality. The strengths include the pleated blinds with blackout blinds in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, the small lawn behind the house, the private balconies and the washing machine and drying room. In addition, there is a car park with a drinks market opposite and the proximity to the indoor pool (winter) and outdoor pool/summer pool in summer - 350m - a 5-minute walk away.

Neighbourhood information

Zeitz is a town in the south of Saxony-Anhalt near Leipzig. It belongs to the Burgenland district. From 1652 to 1718, Zeitz was the capital of the Duchy of Saxony-Zeitz. Moritzburg Castle served as the residence. From the 19th century onwards, Zeitz developed into an industrial town. Many valuable old buildings and cultural monuments have been preserved, particularly from these two eras, which characterise the townscape.
