I won't be there myself, but of course I want to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will therefore be available for you as and when you need me, almost all day long. I want you to have a wonderful stay in the flat!

Property information

Welcome to the industrial monument Tabakfabrik in Steinfurt. The old industrial monument has been converted into residential purposes with individual flats and holiday flats. Make yourself at home and start your day with a Nespresso coffee and prepare a great breakfast in a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances. Relax the day away in the large living room with a game of billiards or a TV session with an extra-large Smart TV in the room with high ceilings. The evening can be rounded off wonderfully in the whirlpool bath with its own TV. Afterwards you can end the evening in the cosy beds with the Smart TV installed in the bedroom. -- The accommodation is currently still under construction and furnishings are still being added. The photos are also still being professionalised.

Neighbourhood information

The pedestrianised area of Burgsteinfurt with its historic buildings is just a few minutes' walk away. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafés and supermarkets for a pleasant stay in Steinfurt. On the road around the accommodation: Free parking is available directly on the street or at the back of the Action car park. Alternatively, you can also book an underground car park. You can easily reach cities such as Enschede and Münster by train or go shopping in the Ochtrup outlet centre. The Münsterland region offers a variety of historic buildings, scenic landscapes and cycling opportunities. Hire bikes are available from local bike dealers. Discover castles, fortresses, mills and much more in the varied Münsterland park landscape.
