The trip can also go to Møgeltønder, for example, where Schackenborg Castle is located. The castle is not open to the public, but in the summer there is the possibility to take part in guided tours of the Schackenborg Castle Garden. Tønder, Denmark's oldest trading town, is also worth a visit. Here stands Sønderjyllands Kunstmuseum with the Water Tower, which has a permanent exhibition of Wegner furniture and a fantastic view of the town, the Vidåen stream and the marshland. The town has many exciting pedestrian activities during the year and many good stores and restaurants.
