    “Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft mit einem Platz am See. Auch der Wald in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ein Traum. Super Anbindung zum Bäcker, einkaufen und auch die Ostsee ist in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.”

This old gem from 1890 comes with a very special charm and a welcoming atmosphere. We love a Scandinavian and cozy design, mixing up vintage furniture with modern highlights. Our biggest goal is to create a place we’d love to stay ourselves. Due to its age, staying in our apartment will never be totally quiet. But you’ll wonder how peacefully the surrounding is, while being located right in the center of Gråsten. Note (March 2025): The apartment has currently NO kitchen, but a coffee machine, a water kettle and some dining equipment - enough for the amount of people booked for the stay. We are working on building a small kitchenette, but this will still take a few months to be finalized.
We are a young, open-minded couple originally from Germany. In August 2024 we moved to Gråsten, after we found this beautiful place by the lake. We love to be close to nature and travelling around the world, mainly with our camper van. But here we found our nest and it’s always special to come home. Since the house offers way to much space for us two, we’d love to share the place with other travelers.
Gråsten is a cozy littler town in Sydjylland, with different things to explore. Water sports, hiking, sightseeing or biking, there is something to do for everyone. Beautiful forests, scenic ocean view trails and the summer residency of the royal family, makes it a very special place in the south of Denmark. Here you have everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Different supermarkets, small shops for interior, beauty and clothes, hairdressers, restaurants, a swimming pool incl. sauna and spa treatments for colder days and even a medical clinic for health emergencies.
