With 300 m² of living space, there is enough room for 18 people and 3 pets to spend a great holiday together. The house offers you a high level of comfort and is characterised by 2 separate sleeping areas - each with its own bathroom. It is therefore perfect for several families who are on holiday together but still want to enjoy a little privacy. The soundproofed ceilings ensure pleasant acoustics and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the house. Luxury, well-being and relaxation take centre stage - especially in the impressive pool area with water slide, whirlpool for 4-6 people and the spacious sauna. The large activity room is full of entertainment options: Billiards, table tennis, darts, table football (foosball) and a PlayStation 5. A small highlight is the integrated bar, where you can enjoy a cool drink when the going gets tough. The kitchen is modern, very functional and well equipped with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges/freezers - perfect for cooking together for large groups. It is perfectly integrated into the large, open-plan living/dining area, giving you the feeling of being in just one room. The expansive wooden table is the perfect place to have a good chat, enjoy a meal together or spend cosy evenings playing games. While the wood-burning stove crackles in the background, a cosy warmth spreads out on cooler days and creates a great atmosphere. On the partially covered terrace, you can enjoy the sunny Danish summer days on the sun loungers or grill the fish you may have caught yourself on the charcoal barbecue. You can relax while the children play in the sandpit, swing, play football or shoot a few hoops on the mini basketball court.
