Property information

Holiday activity home tastefully furnished in a timeless design located on a large natural plot with heather only a few minutes from probably the best sand beach in Denmark. The house suites both one or two families sharing. The house has a spacious kitchen with all modern appliances. Four spacious bedrooms with good beds and lot of closet space. Two bathrooms, the one with a sauna and a whirlpool for six persons. There is also a billiards table. Outside, the owner has considered the children with a more than 100 m² large playground with a jungle gym, seesaw, swings and a sandpit (the playground may also be used by the next-door house). There are several terraces surrounding the house, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the sun. Blåvand is truly a paradise, bound to create the perfect holiday atmosphere. Good restaurants, often with live music, a flourishing commercial life at all seasons, a candle foundry, art galleries, a candy factory, a water park, a bowling centre and many more make Blåvand a highly coveted holiday destination. The area offers furthermore several golf courses and Put and Take lakes. Free admittance to water park.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
