Lejligheden er på 34 kvm. men godt indrettet med stue og lille køkken, soveværelse og stort badeværelse. 15 kvm. altan hvoraf 5 kvm. er overdækket. Sol fra morgen til sidst på eftermiddagen. Der er helt ny varmepumpe, varmeveksler med varmt og koldt vand. Rygning og dyr er ikke tilladt, når du bor i denne unikke bolig.
