Property information

Terraced house located just about 25 meters from the child-friendly sandy beach in Bandholm and close to the bathing jetty by the harbor, from where there is a ferry to the fruit island Askø. In addition, only approx. 500 meters to Knuthenborg Safari Park. The house's kitchen and bathroom were modernized in 2019. There are two terraces, one of which has a view of the sea. In 2020, a wooden terrace of 60 m2 with sea views has been built (incl. Views to Askø and Fejø). Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
