    “Gute Lage. Sehr ruhig. Außer Vogelgezwitscher und Blattsäuseln (je nach Windstärke) war nichts zu hören. Großes Grundstück mit schöner Wiese. Eingezäunt mit abwechselnden, verschiedenen, gemischten Sträuchern, Bäumen und Büschen.”
