Property information

Well-furnished holiday cottage with swimming pool and activities with every amenity needed for an active holiday. The impressive pool room has an 18 m² large swimming pool with slide, counter-current system and a 4-6 people whirlpool as well as a large sauna. There is also an outdoor hot tub. The house is very spacious and built around 2 separate sleeping areas with bathrooms. There is also a large mezzanine which will undoubtedly be a hit with the children. The natural gathering point in the house is the large and architectural interesting room with combined kitchen and living room. The well-appointed kitchen has plenty of room for the various cooks. The tastefully furnished living room has comfortable furniture and a wood-burning stove as well as a large flatscreen-TV. On the other side of the centrally located living/dining room you will find the large activity room where you can play darts or pool or just relax in the sofa in front of the flatscreen-TV. There is a large, partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the Danish summer. On the large plot surrounding the house you will find swings and a sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups. Please note: photos are taken from a similar house.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
