Lejlighed på 50 m2. Charmerende indretning i et mix af retro, vintage og moderne stil. I stueetagen er der indgang, bryggers med vaskemaskine (med regnvand) og tørreplads / tørresnot, samt bad og toilet (med regnvand). På 1 sal er der køkken, sovepladser, spiseplads i et rum. Køkkenet er veludstyret med køleskab, opvaskemaskine, ovn, mikroovn og affaldssortering. Der er en sovesofa til 2 personer. En hems til 2 personer og 1 daybed. Der er TV, fri wifi og ventilation. Der er anvendt gamle mursten (genbrug) og træ som de primære byggematerialer, hvilket giver et godt indeklima. Der anvendes kun miljøvenlige rengøringsmidler.
Helle er fysioterapeut, underviser og forsker. Søren er datalog og robotekspert, og 6. generation på Bakkegaard. Vi Interesserer os for økologi, biodiversitet, klima og at dyrke egne fødevarer i fællesskab med andre. Vi er også optaget af at vedligeholde og forny Bakkegaard, som rummer mange faciliteter/aktiviteter. Et anneks med 2 lejligheder, en tømrevirksomhed, et markfællesskab.
Bakkegaard ligger i Tarup-Davinde Naturområde, 500 m. fra nærmeste badesø. Naturområdet har fiskefaciliteter, ridestier, gå og løbestier, badesøer, mountainbike ruter og outdoorfaciliteter. Der er 1 km til nærmeste indkøb, 3 km til motorvejen, 3 km til Toget i Årslev og 9 km til Odense.
