Property info

Lovely villa in a quiet neighborhood with large garden. Close proximity to the city centre, H. C. Andersen’s house, Zoo, main railway station, Rosengaard shopping mall, golf course, and highway. Supermarked and local shopping center are located nearby. Free parking. There are different rooms for rent of different sizes and price. Two of them are located in the ground floor, with direct access to the garden. There are two shared bathrooms, one on each floor and an extra toilet in the house. Shared kitchen with dining area. There is a cat in the house so beware if you are allergic to cats.
