A small pebble beach is 7 km away and Svaneke, a showcase of modern gastronomy, is 4 km away. Here you can have a delicious lunch anywhere and then buy a variety of delicacies from the sweet factory, the chocolate shop or Bülow liquorice or order a typical Gammeldaws ice cream cone in one of the many ice cream shops. If you want to delve deeper into the town's history, you can visit the church with elements dating back to 1350 or the mill dating back to 1629.
