Spacious house with a huge garden, only 100 meters from the beach and marina - where you will find a playground for the children. Within 300m there is a supermarket, restaurant and cafe and a bakery. The house has a wooden terrace with gas grill. The house has just been renovated and is perfect for families or couples. Large bright living room with sea views from the dining table.
