The house is built from the high quality materials and is located on a large plot in a quiet residential area. The large, bright combined living and dining area is in connection with the open kitchen. Due to the large windows, a lot of light falls into the living room during the day. From the living room you have access to the terrace, on which there is a bath tub, the so-called Wildmarksbad for 5 people and high-quality garden furniture. A covered terrace is in connection with the annex, where a bathroom and bedroom are located. The house is heated by a heat pump and underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. In the one of the two bathrooms there is a sauna and a whirlpool for 5 people. This is a really nice vacation home with everything you need for the perfect vacation. The seaside resort of Marielyst offers plenty of entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
