There is also a new living room in the extension that can be used for reading books or drawing and can be closed off so that the children have their own space. Outside, you can enjoy breakfast at the back of the house where you can find shelter when it's windy. There's also a dining table and chairs, sofa, morning and afternoon sun and an outdoor pool. In front of the house is a large terrace with a dining/lounge area and an outdoor barbecue with a serving table. The house is surrounded by a lovely lawn where the sea view can be enjoyed 100%. The area offers many experiences. Take a trip up to Fyns Hoved and go for a walk in the beautiful nature and bird sanctuary, pick up freshly caught black lobsters at the harbor or visit the beautiful fishing town of Kerteminde. Here you'll find Fjord&Bælt, the Johannes Larsen Museum, the Great Northern golf course and a great selection of restaurants and ice cream from the Waffle House. Meet Stine & Jan We are Jan and Stine, welcome! We took over the land and built a new house in 2006, after Stine's parents had owned the land since 1983. Since we built the house, it has been our family's second home. We love the peace and quiet, the outdoor life and our children aged 5, 15 and 18 love our private beach and shared jetty 100 meters from the house! We always spend our summer vacation here, spend Christmas and 'escape' from the hectic city life in Frederiksberg when we have the chance on weekends.
