On the beach you can fly kites, take a trip with a beach sailor, a vehicle driven by the wind over the sand, or watch the seals in the sea and dozing on land. Every year around July the kite festival is held with several thousand spectators and participants. Behind Fanø Bad lies Denmark's oldest golf course in beautiful, hilly landscape with views over dunes and sea.
