Holiday cottage with outdoor heated swim spa open from week 12 to week 43 (incl.). The house has all amenities for an active holiday, Take a swim in the refreshing swim spa that also functions as an outdoor 6-person whirlpool. Or take a relaxing dip in the indoor whirlpool and finish the day in the sauna. In the activity room you can enjoy yourself for hours with either table tennis or PlayStation3. The house has a stylish decor with 5 bedrooms, a mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen has every modern amenity and the living room has an energy-friendly climate system ensuring the right temperate all year. There are two heat pumps in the house. There are several flat screen TVs with cable-TV.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
