Property information

Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located in scenic surroundings on a quiet road by Rude Strand. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so here everyone can have fun and play games or cook. The cottage has a large, landscaped garden, which is suitable for smaller animals and playful children, to which there is access from the large conservatory, which can enjoyed all year round. There is a large, open terrace where the sun can be enjoyed while the children play in the garden. There is a bus stop approx. 250 meters from the house, so you i.a. can go to Aarhus. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
