Beautiful and spacious apartment on the 3rd Level in the Aquarella Juan Dolio Luxury Tower, within the wonderful and luxurious complex we have exclusive social areas such as Exclusive Pool, Spa, Gym, Private Beach, Gazebo Area; just 40 minutes from the city of Santo Domingo 5 minutes from Juan Dolio beach and 5 minutes to Guayacanas beach and 10 to Boca Chica beach. It has an excellent view, the apartment has a private parking area, multipurpose court. Wi-Fi, TV.

Neighbourhood information

Just an hour from Santo Domingo, and even closer to Las Americas International Airport (SDQ), the cosmopolitan beach town of Juan Dolio offers an easy and relaxed tropical escape very close to the capital. It is a favorite destination for Dominicans who come there on weekends to rest along the 10 kilometers of white sand beach, which are full of hotels, restaurants, diving centers, bars, as well as a lot of private vacation villas, luxurious developments, and modern apartment complexes. Apart from the beautiful Juan Dolio beach, this area offers many attractions.
