I moved to the DR a little over two years ago, and along with my wife we incorporated a property management company. Having both a Tourism Management Degree and Maintenance Management experience has stage for a quickly growing number of listings with satisfied clients and guests. Drawing from our experience in the area we have developed a number of extensive guidebooks to enhance your experience at any of our properties. We live close by, can and will respond quickly to any issues that come up with the accommodation. We are also available for any recommendations or advise on Cabarete/ Sosua area.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located condo in the heart of Caberete. Just a few minuets walk from the beach with all the restaurants, bank and super market close by on the main street. Secure condo complex with 24hr security, large pool with seating and lounge chairs. Location is key and this condo has it all.

Neighbourhood information

Wind Chimes is centrally located in Caberete and set back just off the main road. Everything is in close proximity and within a few minutes walk. Restaurants, bars, beach, bank, supermercado, Claro (cellular), and public transit. Everything you need is in walking distance. Excursions that are outside of Caberete always include transportation, and if you choose to venture out on your own there are always taxis, guaguas, and motoconchos waiting or driving by.
