Casa Vista Mar is located in the hills above Los Patos, a 5 minutes drive from Los Patos River & Beach. This comfortable home is located beside a canal. An All terrain/4x4 vehicle is needed to get to the house as sections of the road are unpaved. The home has a 1 car garage, window screens, 3 bedrooms equipped with fans or AC. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, queen bed and futon, balcony with ocean view. The second and third bedrooms have full size beds and share a bathroom. This is not a hotel or resort. The ocean view is in the rear of the property.
All of the large markets are in Barahona, about 45 minutes away. In the village you’ll find small shops with limited inventory that mainly accept cash (pesos) only.
