CLEANING Free Cleaning every 3 days in Stays of 4 Nights & up, upon request 24 hours in advance. Additional housekeeping services are provided, based on extra fees. KEYS One apartment keys set is provided. If you need an additional set, please request it at least 24 hours in advance. POWER OUTAGES These buildings are equipped backup power plants, with full coverage and automatic transfer, which guarantee the continuity of energy during power outages. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS AND SUPPORT We operate as a short-term rental, not a serviced accommodation like a hotel, offering replenishment of supplies, as well as 24/7 technical support, staff, and assistance.
