Two bedroom condominium on the second floor, with each bedroom having a bathroom with shower. Completely remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Indoor living room. Expansive outdoor space, with outdoor dining room and living room. Apartment sized washer and dryer.
I’m an American, retired in Las Terrenas, one of the most sought after locations in the Dominican Republic, with some of the most amazing beaches. I travel extensively, so, when I am away, I offer my amazing condominium for rental
I live across the street from the beach. There are numerous restaurants, bakeries and bars within walking distance. It is about a quarter of a mile to Calle Duarte, the Main Street of Las Terrenas. It is easy to walk to most places - restaurants, grocery store, bank. If you have a car, there is a parking place provided. There are motorcycle taxis on the main road if you want to get there faster, or for places that are farther away. It's best to barter the price down.
