Our new villa La Perla is located on the private area, on the territory of five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex, just 30 minutes drive from Punta Cana International airport. Villa is surrounded by the colorful scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs, designed by P.B. Dye, and blossom tropical forests.Villa has its own swimming pool for fun. This is a spacious two-storey villa with four bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Size of Villa is 226 m², can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Neat, tidy, guarded area is nicely decorated with exotic plants. Guests have free access to private beach club. There is a lounge area with BBQ outside, park of golf carts for rent. 5 m³ of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay extra 1 dollar for each m³. Five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex provides day passes, night passes or passes for the dinner only. If you don’t want to cook, that is a good option. The price for day pass starts from forty two dollars. If you are planning to have any visits from outside the Iberostate complex, please inform the villa manager in advance. All guests should follow the security protocol inside the property. Last minute visits are to be advised before 5 pm on weekdays and before 12 pm on Saturdays. If not advised before this time unfortunately security won’t let visitors in.

Neighbourhood information

White beaches and sky-blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean are stretching just in five minutes drive from the villa. Our guests can enjoy all the infrastructure of the huge complex adjacent to the residence such as 3 km of white beaches, more than 30 restaurants and bars, sport clubs and tennis courts, massage rooms, a variety of pools and playgrounds, entertainment shows, discos and casinos. All for our guests to spend a great time.
