We have the most unique property in All of Canoa. We are NOT a hotel. We have a private one acre beachfront estate. Right on the beach, yet totally secluded, completely private, surrounded by a 9 ft wall. There is the main house, (not for rent), where my husband and I live. We have a separate structure that has 2 one bedroom, one bath units, newly painted, with HOT water showers, excellent water pressure, COLD air-conditioning, ceiling fans, spot and mood lighting, wood ceilings.We also have a gorgeous family bungalow which, and can be configured for 2 to 4 people. Very romantic for 2 people!. FiBER OPTIC WIFI available everywhere. Large shaded workspaces. STAY, PLAY & WORK!! We having a amazing private pool and tiki bar area. We have secure COVERED parking. The property has lush mature trees and foliage, along with lots of wildlife to view on the the property. 60 coconut trees are in front of the property. It’s like living in your own jungle, right on the beach. This property is known as The “secret garden” as it is not easily seen from the road of the beach. It’s truly a magical property and we are blessed to be able to live here and share it with other people.
We love taking to people and sharing life stories. We know the best places in Canoa and the surrounding areas. My husband and I will do whatever we can to make your trip here the THE BEST. This is the nicest property in all of Canoa and I can say that because it is true! And the most private. We only allow a maximum of 8 guests. Social distancing is easy.
We’re right on the beach, 1 km from the town center, one lot North from Canoa Beach Hotel. There is a dirt road that leads to the beach, we are at the end of the dirt road. We are a private residence. There is a world reknown paragliding area on the mountain right behind our property. Land on the beach right by our property. We have an excellent surfbreak right in front of our place. It’s very private, we ae a 10 minute walk to the town center where there are many restaurants, bars, loud music and lots of people. It’s the best of both worlds, th best location in all of Canoa. You can surf, ride boogie boards, paddle kayaks to the sea caves, and there are excellent amazing seashells, sand dollars and pre-Colombian pottery pieces that wash up from the Chone river which extends to the ocean.
