A Project Made with Love to Share.
This is our project: an accommodation designed with care and created to offer visitors a unique experience in Salinas de Guaranda. We were fortunate to work with Constructo, a studio of young architects from Guaranda, who transformed our idea into reality, paying attention to every detail in both design and construction.
Every phase of the project was carried out with dedication, taking into account the environmental challenges and adapting the construction to local needs. The house combines natural materials such as wood, stone, and brick, creating a warm and welcoming space.
Inspired by the cultural richness of the region, we divided the accommodation into three independent spaces: Warmi House, Chaupi House, and Cari House, named after the salty water springs that characterize this land. This project is not just a place to stay, but a space full of love and thoughtful details, designed to connect with nature and enjoy unforgettable moments.

Hello! We are Ana, Sebas, and our little María Antonia. We are very happy to welcome you and share a bit about ourselves so you can feel at home from the very first moment.
Salinas is a very special place for our family. We love strolling by the farallones, walking through nature, and discovering every corner of this beautiful environment. We truly enjoy the tranquility, the landscapes, and the warmth of the local people. The farallones of Salinas, with their rock formations, trails, and viewpoints, are among our favorite places to explore and connect with nature. The area also offers activities like hiking, mountain biking, and the chance to taste delicious local gastronomy, such as the artisanal cheeses and chocolates produced here.
Ana is a chef and is passionate about collaborating on social projects, especially supporting our Antonio's priest and participating in community initiatives. She is very motivated by everything related to helping others and sharing moments in the community. As for me, I am an industrial engineer, and I am fascinated by downhill and enduro biking; riding through the mountains on a bike is one of my greatest passions, as well as enjoying adventure and the outdoors.
We are currently temporarily in Pamplona, Spain, but we always carry Salinas in our hearts and love welcoming people, sharing our experiences, and showing the places that inspire us most. What we enjoy most about receiving visitors is exchanging stories, learning from each person, and seeing how they enjoy the nature and simple life this place offers.
We hope your stay is unforgettable and that you are inspired to discover everything that makes Salinas such a special place. We would love to help make your trip a unique experience full of wonderful moments!
We are located in the Capina neighborhood, within the picturesque town of Salinas. Capina is a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying authentic local life. The people here are especially welcoming, always ready to greet you with a smile, making you feel part of the community from day one.
What we love most about Salinas is its calm and safe atmosphere, perfect for strolling at any time and letting yourself be carried away by the serenity of the surroundings.
Tips about the area and local activities:

For dining, we recommend the small restaurants and cafés in town, where you can try typical dishes and meet the locals. We especially love Roxi Café and Suco’s pizzeria!
