We welcome you to our brand new one-bedroom premium seaside apartment located in the Noblessner Yacht Marina area. This beautiful and new apartment, built in 2024, features accommodation with all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay. The space is perfect for up to 2 adult guests and comes with a bedroom, a balcony with stunning sunset views, a spacious living room-kitchen area and a bathroom. The apartment has large windows and bright, tastefully furnished rooms with all amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a comfortable queen size bed equipped with premium satin bedsheets and feather duvets and pillows. The kitchen is equipped with new Bosch and Bora appliances. In the bathroom, you will find washing machine with the dryer, a shower, and a toilet. We offer all necessary bathroom products including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. The apartment has free WIFI and a large cable TV. There is a free parking space reserved for the apartment in the underground garage and a secure indoor bicycle parking room.
Noblessner is among the most popular and beautiful neighbourhoods in Tallinn. It has it all- the sea, a marina, art galleries, best eateries in town, a diverse cultural life, and high-quality real estate development. It’s also near the Seaplane Harbour, within a walking distance from Tallinn city center, the Old Town, Port of Tallinn and the popular Kalamaja&Telliskivi regions.
