I was working in international teaching field many years, in many different countries. This is my retirement property and I want it to be useful for other people.

This spacious Soviet-era property blends historic charm with gentle renovation with a peaceful, calming retreat. A home with soul, space, quiet elegance and coziness.

Neighbourhood information

This is very quiet place with exceptionally good location. Near bus stop, shops. Parking in front of the building. Distance from from the sea and Liimala sandy beach 10 km, surrounded by pine forest. New adventure tourism center in Kiviõli - ski and snowboard hills, ATV tracks, motocross race tracks, etc.
