Property information

This centuries-old historic building is located on the border of the city center and the beach district of Pärnu. The building is completely renovated and elegantly furnished. Century-old architecture is integrated with modern solutions. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open kitchen, fireplace and dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and detergents, as well as a kettle and a coffee maker. You can enjoy your meal sitting together around a large wooden table or relaxing on the living room`s couch. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. In one apartment of this house, there is a bunk bed for two children in one bedroom. On the balcony there is a barbecue grill and a seating area.

Neighbourhood information

Deluxe apartments are located in the valued area of Pärnu - on the border of the city center and the beach area. There are several attractions near the house, such as the Tallinn Gate, Munamäe Park and Valli Park, which offers wonderful views over the Pärnu Mount. You can walk easily over Pärnu Vallikraav, arriving at Viiking Spa, where you can spend a whole day enjoying different swimming pools and relaxing in several saunas. The best nearby places where to eat are: Restaurant Edelweiss, Tavern Postipoiss, Steffani Pizzarestaurant, cafe Mahedik, Lime Lounge, Sweet Rosie Pub - all of these are located in one kilometer area. The main Pärnu Beach is about 1,4km away.
