Stylish apartment is located very next to the sea. The apartment is very close to the old town. The penthouse has a large sunny lounge terrace and a sauna. The luxurious apartment has created good working conditions. The house has its own sandy beach.

Maja vahetusläheduses on vanalinn, rotermani linn, kruiisiterminali promenaad. On the other side of the building is The Seaplane Harbour is a maritime museum and the Noblessner quarter with the PORTO experience center.
