I rent out two apartments in the heart of Tallinn. It's my side acitivity. My dayjob is in the maritime sector. I work for Estonian State Fleet and my responsibility is Aids to Navigation (lighthouses, buoys etc).

Property information

Apartment in the city center is ideal to discover Old Town or for work purposes. Apartment won Booking Traveller Review 2024+2025! Check-in and check-out is AUTOMATIC, come and go when you like between your booked time. Apartment's windows are in the inner street area, so there are no traffic noise, maybe just a bit bird singing :) NO EXTRA cost for 3rd-4th person! The nearest cafe-restaurant is in the adjacent building (they serve also late breakfast from 11AM) and nearest shopping centre with (food) supermarket, restaurants, cinema etc are only in 3 minutes walking distance! Tallinn Old Town is only 5 minutes walking distance away. House has been renovated and apartment itself was renovated in May 2023. The apartment is on the 4th floor (sorry, no elevator). It has kitchen, one bedroom with large bed, foldable sofa bed in the living room and foldable extra mattress for children. There are all the needed kitchen dishes and appliances (blender, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster etc), also coffee+milk powder/tea/sugar/spices/cooking oil etc. Living room has quality Home Cinema system JBL with soundbar and subwoofer, big screen Philips Ambilight TV (75') (in. apps, paid channels: TeliaTV, Netflix, You Tube Premium), separate (movie) Media Player (you can watch your own films if you have USB flash drive or choose from my collection). TV also has 5 meters long HDMI cable in case you want to use TV for your computer screen. There is also computer working space area/table. Bathroom has bath (in. shampoo/shower gel), washing machine (in. washing gel, laundry softener) and hair dryer. And in case you forgot toothpaste, yes there is even toothpaste for YOU in the bathroom. There is Air Cooler for summer time cooling. Free parking available (if there is free parking spot!). Otherwise closest paid private parking lot: 7 EUR/24 h. Street parking is expensive 4.80 EUR/h. For clients i'll give detailed information about parking, shopping, foodshop, restaurants, sightseeing.
