The three-room apartment in Pärnu is located in the peaceful Mai district. Nearby are the grocery stores Selver (500m) and the renovated Maxima (900m). The Kaubamajaka shopping center is 850m away. There is a Mai bus stop in front of the house, from where you can easily get to Pärnu beach (2.6km) and the city center (3.2km). The apartment has free WiFi and free parking in the yard. The apartment is located on the second floor, has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony (smoking prohibited). There are bed linen, pots and pans and dishes for cooking, towels and flat-screen TVs (Netflix+ Youtube, satellite TV in the living room). The larger bedroom has a large double bed, the smaller bedroom has a single bed, and the living room's fold-out sofa can also accommodate one person.
