Quiet and calm area 4 minutes by car to the city center or 4 bus stops. To the Song Festival Grounds 12 minutes on foot, to the ice hall of Tondiraba 3 minutes by car. Not far from the house there is a very beautiful Pae Park with a lake, a playground and an outdoor gym.
