The brand new top floor apartment offers premium class living with breathtaking views. The interior is modern and it includes everything for enjoyable stay. Apartment has balcony and sea views. In the apartment there is an equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microvawe oven, oven, stove, dishwasher), bedroom (motorized blackout curtains), a living room (flat screen 65’ Samsung frame TV, Netflix, old school Nintendo console, sofa bed, smart glass), bathroom (shower, washing machine, hair dryer). Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. Apartment building has big terrace with lounge area and attractions for kids. This apartment offers free parking in private parking house. Parties and/or smoking in the apartment is prohibited. If this rule is violated, visitor must leave the apartment immediately and pay the fine 500 euros (for smoking 500 euros and for parting 500 euros).
Grocery stores, shopping centers, sport club, zoo and beautiful seaside promenade are only a short walk from the apartment building. Nearby are Unibet arena, the ice rink, Ring SPAA, Estonian Open Air Museum, Harku lake beach, public transport stops. The Center of Tallinn is only a 10 minute drive away.
