Our 15-person team works daily behind the scenes to deliver a seamless, stress-free stay for both business and holiday travellers. We believe a great stay begins with a clean and inviting space. Hence we have a team of qualified cleaners who are led by a Quality and Human Resource Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the field.
Communication underpins everything we do, ensuring guests are supported throughout their stay - through both great experiences and unexpected issues. Guest support is available to assist you during your stay daily from 10:00 - 22:00. Our in-person Old Town office is open every day from 10:00 - 18:00, where you can also store luggage and get help planning your Tallinn trip.
Once your reservation is confirmed, look out for a PDF in your booking messages - it includes picture-guided instructions and our personal contact information to make the whole stay with us hassle free.
Property information
Our stylish lofts are well designed and equipped with all the necessities for you to have a comfortable stay. They are decorated with modern furniture and come with a kitchenette, bathroom, seating area and a sleeping area.
The space is located on two levels and connected by the stairs. Sleeping area is located on the upper level and comes with a comfortable double bed. Kitchen is located downstairs and comes with a dining area, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fridge, electric mini stove, microwave oven and a kettle. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. There are also ironing facilities, washing machine, drying rack for clothes and a hair dryer. Linen, towels, slippers, shower gel and soap are provided.
There are 21 units in the same building - all lofts are compact, but well-thought-out. We have taken great care to ensure that the apartment becomes your comfortable temporary home.
PLEASE NOTE that these are lofts and might not be suitable for guests with children as there are steep stairs that connect two levels!
