Villa Muusa on Nõmmele omase arhitektuuri ja stiilse siseviimistlusega. Villa asub vaiksel, vähese liiklusega tänaval, parkmetsa ääres. Lähedal on kõik oluline, bussipeatus, kauplus ja jalutuskäikudeks ning sportimiseks mitu parki ning Pääsküla raba. Majas elas maailmakuulus dirigent ja muusik Eri Klas. Maja arhitektuuris on näha mitmeid muusikale viitavaid elemente. Villat ümbritseb suur ja väga ilusa haljastusega aed, kus on lastele mängumaja ning kiiged, grilliala ja eraldi terrass, kus on mõnus aega veeta. Pääs kinnistule on telefoniga avatava väravaga. Hoone esimesel korrusel paiknevad köök ja avar söögituba, millest avarad uksed pääsuga aeda ning pool korrust kõrgemal kaminaga elutuba. Magamistubasid on kolm, millest kaks on eraldi majatiivas. Suur magamistuba paikneb majas täitsa eraldi, oma WC ja duširuumiga. Villas on ka mõnus spa, kus on saun, vastuvooluseadmega bassein ning kahe dušiga pesuruum. Sparuumist avaneb eraldi pääs terrassile. Elutoas on puuküttega kamin.
Villa asub Nõmmel, kesklinnast 15 minutilise autosõidu kaugusel. Lähedal asub mitu looduskaunist parkmetsa ning unikaalne looduskaitse all olev Pääsküla raba. Lähedal on Nõmme turg, mitmed head söögikohad ja kauplused.
