The villa is having: - 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower - 1 bedroom with two single beds and extra extendable mattress - Separate guest toilet with waching machine - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, nespresso machine and kettle - Spacious living room with access to the terrace - 2 guest rooms (without AC!) with separate entrance - perfect for staff like driver or maid - Terrace with sitting area - Private pool (not heated) with sun beds - WiFi included! Note: El Gouna is a private community/town with gated access. Rental guests must send copies of national ID or passports in order to register guests for entry at the gate. As per national regulations unmarried Egyptian couples as well as mixed Egyptian groups might be disapproved. Please note that the final decision is with the El Gouna Security Office. In case of recieving a disapproval for your registration you need to request a cancelation from your side with the full refund and we will accept it (100 %).
