Super clean spacious 160m2 - 1,722 ft2 apartment offers a two-level superior accommodation with 2 large bedrooms, one living room with two comfy sofa beds/couches and satellite TV, one standalone spacious guest bathroom with a washing machine. Your master bedroom has its own bathroom. Each bathroom is equipped with a luxurious soaking tub and shower, private toilet, big shiny mirror, rob hooks and a towel holder. The property was renovated in July 2019 and upgraded with LED lighting & free Wifi. The property if fully Air Conditioned. Chefs will love the kitchen with Microwave, Oven, Stove, Fridge, kettle, porcelain walls & floors and ample Black granite counter with Pitch pine elegant wooden cupboards. Combining elegant modern looks with contemporary elements to add warmth and home feel to the space. You get the best of both floorings with stylish off-white porcelain tiles on the first level and wooden porcelain tiles upstairs, accented by designer-colored walls, new wooden external blinds with noise-insulated aluminum sliding windows. A spacious balcony is available for fresh air, breakfast and nice gatherings.
