1 bed room with king size bed and sofa bed suitable for small family, located in 3rd floor with a balcony view on swimming pool just 10 meters away from Marina The chalet is located in Marassi Marina 2 Fully furnished. rent is only for families only. at least 24 hrs. before your arrival to share with us the following documents to issue security permit as per the law (IDs , marriage contract if both husband & wife will check in together, birth certificate for kids) Rental cards (Beach access fees) are 5,000 LE is required for 2 adults, it gives you access only to North beach & north Lagoon Sometimes EMAAR close the north beach on weekends for tenants & we will update the tenants before checking in of beach access days Kids below 12 years don't need beach access. No smoking inside the Chalet In case of violating smoking rules, the damage fees will be non-refundable. Pets are not allowed. Any violation of the chalet rules will lead to consuming the damage insurance fees as a compensation.

The Chalet is just at the Marina side where you enjoy the view & yacht port or trips moreover luxurious cafes & restaurants just at the Marina. The Alley also is a place of interest where you enjoy hangout with friends & family at the marina as well M Porium hub also where shopping, cafes restaurants are located all in one nice place Lagoons & swimming pools are everywhere.
