The chalet is located in Sidi Abdel Rahman area, which is characterized by turquoise beaches and can be safely swimming. The chalet overlooks 3 swimming pools and green spaces. Next to the chalet is a cafe and a supermarket. There is also a Cafe on the beach, and the rest of the services are being built. The village is about 3 km away from the village of Marassi, 1.5 km away from Sidi Abdel Rahman village, which has all the services of shops selling meat, fish, birds, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.
