5 night minimum stay. Modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment. 2 bedrooms (both with TV & hairdryers) & 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) Fantastic central location, just 100 yards from all the bars and restaurants, yet in a quiet position with a large balcony overlooking the mountains. Unsuitable for wheelchairs as the restaurants are up a very short but steep hill or up 28 steps (see photo) Secure underground parking, a huge parking space (see photo) & a lift from the garage straight to your door

We bought our apartment in Benahavis as we fell in love with this friendly very pretty little village, with its great atmosphere, many bars & wonderful choice of restaurants, just a stones throw away. The village has a lovely municipal pool which is open June to September & a golf driving range (1E for a bucket of balls) with a practice putting green, small gym, table tennis, 4 padel tennis courts, all free to use & all less than 5 minutes walk away. We enjoy playing golf, horse riding, cycling and walking. There is a huge choice for all these things nearby. Marbella and Estepona are approx a 15/20 minute drive, Puerto Banus and beaches less than 15 minute drive away. Malaga & Gibraltar are both about 45 minutes drive away
Benahavis is renowned for its excellent restaurants, it is known as the Gastronomic Capital of the Costa del Sol, there are so many, from traditional Spanish including the famous Abinicos, Tapas, Italian, Thai, Indian etc. Please note that although the apartment is literally less than 100m from them all, it is up a short steep hill or up approx 28 steps (see photo) therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs. The village has banks, a pharmacy, well stocked Carrefour mini market, post office, taxi rank & a small market on Tuesdays. There are plenty of great golf courses really close by, also the popular Guadalmina River Walk & River Canyoning, & outdoor gym along the roadway. The beaches, at San Pedro, Puerto Banus, Marbella & Estepona are about 15/20 minutes drive away
