Your private outdoor area includes a furnished covered terrace. You also have at your disposal a shared outdoor area with swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September) and outdoor shower. It takes only 2 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. The city center is 5 minutes from the apartment. In the area there are restaurants and supermarkets. Public transport links are within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Smoking, pets and parties are not allowed. The property has no steps inside. There is an elevator available in the building. Guests are requested to respect the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from midnight to 8 am).
