Enjoy your new saltwater pool from March 2026!*** Welcome to Can Pep Pardal, a cosy typical Ibizan house and an ideal refuge for those looking to disconnect surrounded by nature, gardens, private land and just a few steps from the beach. The house is located in Port de Sant Miquel, a quiet and family-friendly environment, connected to the airport and the entire island. At Can Pep Pardal you will find the perfect balance between comfort and serenity. This traditional house, with more than 150 years of history, invites you to relax and has two cosy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large living room where you can eat at its large wooden table, and a butane stove, as well as a beautiful fireplace. The interior design respects the traditional style of the island, with rustic and modern details that create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Its ceilings, with juniper beams, transport you to the past. From the windows and the large main door you can enjoy views of the garden and nature. The large Mediterranean garden outside exudes peace and is ideal for enjoying an al fresco dinner, having a glass of wine while watching the sunset or simply relaxing to the sound of nature. Feel free to enjoy the fruits that grow on the trees on the property. The nearest beach is just a short walk away, allowing you to enjoy the sun and the sea, while having the peace of mind of being in an environment away from the hustle and bustle. A few minutes by car is the cove of Benirràs, one of the most spectacular beaches in Ibiza, with sunsets that will always be in your memory. Quiet and familiar area, close to the beach and to the bars and restaurants. There is public transportation, but a car is required to get to know the island easily. The house has its own parking area. The bus stop is only 100m and the taxi stop 200m.
